The perfect summer dress is enough to complete anyone's wardrobe; it's inexpensive, comfortable, and can be restyled whenever need-be!  I always think it's important to play around with color, so don't be afraid to pop in a bright belt, or different shoes.  These light, cotton dresses can be worn to the beach, to class, on a date, to a museum... the list is endless.  So as these spring days turn into summer nights, pick up a few easy dresses for every occasion!

Shall we Polka?

Today is the perfect day for polka dots!  Actually, any day is the perfect day for polka dots.  Wearing another favorite Urban Outfitters blouse, I paired it with a pair of high-waisted shorts that matched the navy in the dots perfectly.  Keeping this theme of navy and tan, I wore a matching pair of tan knee socks and navy bootie oxfords.  I love matching almost more than I love vintage clothing...
I also want to take this time to mention my most recent clothing obsession: Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries on Netflix.  It's a 1920/30s "whodunit" Australian TV show that takes such care presenting an accurate and GORGEOUS Jazz-Age Melbourne.  So if you've already finished binge watching Friends, go ahead and give up your weekend plans to the captivating Miss Fisher!
