"Life isn't black and white. It's a million grey areas, don't you find?"
--Ridley Scott
Buttons, and collors, and belts, oh my! This dress actually contains all of my favorite things at once. Collars are elegant and demure, but this one is balanced by the sheer nature of the fabric. It allows you to see the slip underneath, but only on top. This creates a stark contrast with the black edging and buttons, developing a very kitchy aesthetic. Per usual, I matched my lipstick and my belt, but I kept my knee socks and heels black. It almost gives the appearance of skin tight boots, and elongates the legs. Most importantly, it's very dramatic (like me). Also, I apologize for my slip's strap falling down... (that probably bothers me more than you).
